I'm Tres — a senior product leader who builds AI-first products that deliver value.

I turn ambiguous problems into shipped products across regulated, high-stakes domains — crypto, healthtech, and internet infrastructure. I've owned three-year product strategy and 32+ launches at Team Internet, delivered a $5M platform upgrade across three teams at Genie Solutions, opened Swyftx to international markets through a new payments integration, and rebuilt a core product for a $1B leader in the fitness industry. At each stop I built or improved the product function itself — the discovery-and-delivery rhythms, the way of working, and the standards other PMs run on.

Then AI changed what a single product leader can do. So I framed it as a hypothesis: could I build a suite of automated, AI-first tools — one for every major stage of the product-management way of working — to 10x my output without trading off quality or cost? The real constraint now is judgment, not headcount. Everything here is that hypothesis under test, in public: tools that score ideas before I write a line of code, read the competitive landscape, validate demand with real landing pages, ground my decisions in the whole of product-management theory, take finished work to market, and ship the software itself with barely a human in the loop — each its own project below.
